Successful property managers are highly motivated business people who desire to work in a fast-paced office environment, are team oriented and can self direct their work schedules and deadlines. Successful candidates should possess a college education or have at least 3 years experience working directly in real estate, property management, building construction trades or service industries. The hours can be long but rewarding! Property managers generally set their own schedules and have the flexibility of working in a virtual office environment during parts of the workday. Property managers interact with a variety of contractors and real estate professionals to service clients as an account executive for the company.

Accounting
This department provides the financial reporting and some administrative functions of the company. Fast-paced and in a professional atmosphere, bookkeepers work with state of the art computer hardware and software systems that are continually updated to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Bookkeeping positions include A/R, A/P, G/L, Payroll and Financial reporting. Interested candidates should possess a minimum of three years of general bookkeeping experience and be comfortable using the latest business software systems.

Administration
Administrators work directly with property managers to assist clients with their informational needs. Extensive customer support, word processing, spreadsheet analysis, fullfillment services and critical decisions make the days fly by. The work environment is fast-paced, goal-oriented and always professional. Individuals interested in this field should possess strong written and verbal skills. In addition, candidates must be team-oriented and familiar with the MS Word, Excel and Power Point software.

Maintenance Technicians
ACM Property Services, LLC. (ACMPS) is a service provider for White & Katzman Management. ACMPS is constantly looking to employ individuals who can demonstrate strong experience in the construction trades. Plumbing, electrical, roofing and skilled carpentry name a few trades in which ACMPS consistently provides service.
ACMPS provides state of the art communication devices, basic equipment, and competitive wage and benefits packages. Some degree of overtime and on call responsibility is required.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate reliable construction experience and a stable work history. Technicians are required to provide their own late model truck and complement of tools.
