| Attached please find the Rental Application and credit report waiver to be completed and returned to our office. Please be sure to note the apartment size, style, and unit number (if applicable) that you are interested in. Please note that each applicant over the age of 18 must complete their own rental application.
With the application we request the following:
1) a non-refundable credit report fee of $50.00 in the form of a money order or certified bank check made payable to White & Katzman Management (NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH PLEASE)
2) a copy of all sources of income (i.e. paycheck stub, SS check, Sec. 8 certificate, offer letter from employer, etc.)
3) applicant's photo identification
4) a deposit equal to one month's rent will be necessary to hold the apartment. If this application is not approved and accepted by the owner or agent, the deposit to hold the apartment will be refunded.
Upon approval of the credit application, a lease agreement for your review and signature will be forwarded to you. The term of the lease will be for one year and your security deposit amount will be based on the status of your credit history, rental history and employment. Prior to move in we will request the first month's rent. |
